Pre-launch access

The current pages provide original guidance and browser-based worksheets and may change. They do not provide live prices, stock, merchant offers, reviews, scores, alerts, payouts, or performance statistics for a purchase or business decision.

Retailer relationship

When commerce is enabled, the retailer—not Pretium Verum—will remain the seller and checkout party. Retailer terms, delivery, returns, warranties, taxes, and payment rules will apply at the destination.

Production requirement

Terms must match the actual business model, applicable primary law and verified retailer/provider boundaries, and the owner must approve them before they take effect. Independent professional review is recommended when a recorded escalation trigger applies, but it is not represented as a universal statutory launch prerequisite.
