Access to information
PAIA Manual
Pretium Verum's section 51 PAIA Manual was issued and became effective on 2 September 2026. The issued documents can be downloaded here; lawful online availability is established only after this page is publicly deployed and verified.
Issued document
The Word version retains document headings and repeatable table-header structure as the accessible alternative. The PDF has been checked for readable text and page integrity, but no claim of full WCAG or PDF/UA conformance is made.
How to request access to a record
- Use the Information Regulator's current Form 2 — Request for Access to Record.
- Send the completed form to the Head / Information Officer at support@pretiumverum.com. Include enough detail to identify the record and the requested form of access.
- Pay only a fee prescribed under the current PAIA framework if a lawful fee applies and is notified. A decision and any applicable access fee will be communicated using the prescribed process, including Form 3 where applicable.
PAIA's internal-appeal procedure is not presented as an appeal route for this private body. The remedies applicable to a private-body request include a complaint to the Information Regulator using current Form 5 or an application to court, subject to PAIA.
Availability arrangements
The issued Manual is intended to be freely available through the official Pretium Verum website, supplied on request, provided to the Information Regulator on request, and available for inspection at the stated principal place of business during genuine normal business hours.
Because Pretium Verum is a one-person sole proprietorship without reception or inspection staff, advance contact may be used to arrange genuine inspection availability, provided this does not unlawfully or unreasonably impede access. The website and physical availability channels require separate real implementation and evidence before lawful availability is marked complete.
